We were off into Eastbourne first thing to see the bank about opening an account we had been lead to believe it was difficult but it turned out to be easy We were all done in an hour (now wish we had done it sooner)
Once we had sorted out the bank things we headed home to pick up Reg, Linda and the dog and walked into Littlington to The Plow and Harrow for lunch. The walk home up hill on a full stomach was harder than the walk there. When we got home Reg and I donned the work clothes and started felling trees. They have a constant battle with Dutch Elm disease as they have a lot of Elm trees on their property and are surrounded on all sides by Friston Forrest which is basically an Elm forest.
We managed to get two large trees down and cut up ready for burning before dinner.
