Hey everyone, sorry I havent uplaoded this for ages....

so I actually have quite a bit of news. Things have been really busy lately...and not just with school.

Firstly I mentioned that it was a long weekend...well we all did aabsolutely nothing. And then on the Monday night it snowed!!! Almost half a foot or more!! It was crazy and that meant that classes were cancelled for the day, it was great! so we spent the morning out side and after having lunch, me Emily and steven took a walk to Pullen Park. Its a huge park right on the edge of campus. As you can see we made a lovely snowman and snow angels! We had alot of fun mucking around in the snow and not going to class!!

The next Monday Bill Clinton came and gave a talk on campus as a seminar to students and the general public. I have to say though I had no idea why I went considering I have absolutely no interest in politics or economics. But he is a very good speaker and I actually really enjoyed what he had to say. I was surprised that there was not more people there, considering he used to be the President! But it is something I can say that I did!

Then our reward for camping out in the cold for baskeball tickets came along. The UNC and state game was last weekend. I must say that it was worth it! There was alot of atmosphere in the centre, and it was huge!! The game though didnt go so well...it seems that the Wolfpack need to practice their shooting! They were terrible but it was worth going. The Tarheels are the number 3 team in the entire country so I think us losing by only around 10 points was a pretty good effort!! But the games arent that long so it was all over really quickly. One of the most exciting parts on the game was with about 3 seconds to go when one of the UNC players made a start on one of our players and got sent off! since it was a home game for us and there is such a rivavlry between the teams, I was glad I wasnt him!! He got booed off the court and escorted off by security! Even though state did lose it was a good game!
