Well it has been an eventful two days...

Yesterday Alex, Emily and I decided to head to Target...yes it was a simple trip on the bus. Coz target was only a 10 min drive down the highway. haha well we arrived 3 hours later.

After waiting for our first bus, we asked the bus driver to drop us off at the bustop where we could get our next bus. When he did drop us off we were on the side of this random street. We were totally lost and went into the food store to ask for directions..and proceded to walk for 20 minutes into the town of Cary. We got to the train station and then had to take another bus to get to the place to get the us we were oringally meant to be one. Finally the last bus came and we thought it was all over but no...we asked the bus driver to tell us when we got to Crossroads Plaza. We had been to there before and we baffled when the driver drove past. Getting off at the next stop we had to cross the highway and finally we arrived at Target! The actual shopping part was quick and then after walking back across the highway we got back to campus, 5 hours after we had left.

After eating dinner the three of us decided to grab our doonas and pillows and lie outside under the stars coz it was so cold last night! We were there for like 4 hours and many others joined us during the night. Its quite interesting how much stuff goes on outside Alexander on a Friday night...haha.

Then after getting to bed kinda late it was up early for the football match. After running around trying to get on a bus we arrived at the game just in time for kick off. Now as I understand absolutely nothing about American Football I was totally oblivious to anything that was happening. But the atmostphere at the games are so awesome! Many students go and everyone gets right into it (some students are just way to passionate about the Wolfpack Football team). But I must say it was quite an interesting game. After NC State scored a drawing touchdown with about a minute to go, the game went into overtime. NC State was the first to score and so won the game! The last little bit was so intense coz it was anyones game!

Anyway now I am home, tired and slightly sunburnt but had a great day. I am off to take a nap before tonight!
