Hello again.

Well yesterday I went to another Neighbours night! This time it was free. I went with Robert who's from Southampton and it turns out we were living less than a mile from each other for a while! Wierd huh?! Well we went in to the city and tried once again to win at the trivia. This time it was much easier and although we didn't win I think we were very close as the winning team had 26 out of 30 and after the first two rounds we had 17 out of 20. We weren't told our final scores. Last night I got to meet Steph Scully who seemed mashed! But apparently she's always really crazy. We also met Rosie Carminetti and Boyd Hoyland! He's got huge muscles! It was really good and a lot of fun. Have got my picture taken with each of them. In the day time I just had to pop out to buy another bag to put my extra stuff in! This one's got wheels too! The idea is to send a box full of stuff home after I finish working and then I'll travel really lightly round the rest of Australia and Asia. I want to have a nearly empty backpack before I fly to Singapore as I know I'll fill it up again! I know I won't need two pairs of jeans in Thailand! Will just need shorts, t shirts and my bikini! And of course my $100 Aussie bank note beach towel! Will be sending a load of stuff home and it'll take months as I'll ship it!

Am going bowling tonight with the hostel which should be cool. We get free popcorn too! Tomorrow I have to check out of this hostel and I'm moving to a new hostel in the city called Hotel Discovery. Hopefully it'll be ok! I'm also going to see a flat tomorrow. The guy seems really nice, he's called Kristian and he's a uni lecturer. The room is fully furnished and even has a tv so I can watch Neighbours! The rent's $180 p/w and that includes all bills. Sounds good! I really want to live there! Just hope he likes me! He says he's got a few people coming to look round over today and tomorrow. Prob will be taken by the time I get there!

This time next week I'll be at work! Boo hoo! Actually I'm quite looking forward to getting some money coming in rather than just going out. It's a bit scary seeing my bank balance so depleted and not knowing when the next pay cheque is coming! I'm on a casual contract so hopefully I'll be paid weekly but I'll need to check that asap!

Am trying to load some pictures up at the mo so you should be able to see some soon! Yay!
