We drove about 10 Kms to Turquoise Bay in the national park which has awesome snorkeling straight off the beach. We have found a new piece of paradise. The Cape Range National Park near Exmouth runs along side the Ningaloo Reef with small campgrounds dotted along the coast. The sand is fine and white and the water is crystal clear and a beautiful blue colour. We drove the remainder of the way to Exmouth this morning. The camping grounds in the Cape Range National Park are so popular that they fill up very early. So in the morning Geoff is getting up at 6am to line up. As one car leaves they let another car in. If he gets in he has an hour and a half to come and get us or else they will give the spot away! When we woke up and looked around our free camping site in the daylight we realised why it was named RIP. We were surrounded by literally hundreds of boulders and stones with messages for the dearly departed. Kind of like camping in the middle of a graveyard. More walks today in a different area of the park but just as beautiful as yesterday. Karijini is a very special place and well worth the drive. After a day of walking we drove to the nearby town of Tom Price and "free camped" on the outskirts.
