We have found a new piece of paradise. The Cape Range National Park near Exmouth runs along side the Ningaloo Reef with small campgrounds dotted along the coast. The sand is fine and white and the water is crystal clear and a beautiful blue colour. On the way into the national park we stopped at the lighthouse lookout and watched a guy jump off the lookout in a hang glider. The kids thought it was great.
We are in a camping ground called Pilgramunna. There are just 8 sites, all on the sand in a picturesque little cove with lots of rock pools. The only downside is that here we are in this place that has 320 days of sunshine a year and it's windy and cloudy! We spent the day making friends with the other campers and exploring the beach and rock pools nearby. They have happy hour from 5-6 where all the campers get together at a central table and swap stories. Benjie has made a friend and the girls have found a cute little baby to run around after.
