Day 13

Today was to be a rest day so did very little.

Got up late at 7:45 and after breakfast just pottered around the apartment. Went for a walk down the road as one of the shops sold 'Bubble Tea' which we were recommended by someone we befriended by the pool! I didn't think much of it as it was a flavoured watery mixture with little gelatinous bubbles containing some liquid and served mixed with ice. No need to try that again. Then we were lured into a restaurant for lunch promising cheap pizzas, which were certainly cheap, however we had to put up with a loud radio on a commercial channel and staff that gave no eye contact or even a smile and gave the impression that they'd much rather be somewhere else. We wished the same thing!

Back to the pool for a nice swim then just lazed around the apartment again while Lisa had another massage, listening to Spotify and contemplating whether tonight would be a curry night or not!
