Today is our last full day at the resort so we mostly enjoyed it here with running some errands around town. Late afternoon we went down to the Busselton jetty to try to catch some squid. This was extremely difficult to work the rod with Liam insisting on having his turn, but in a short moment I had it I caught my first squid. I was pretty excited having always wanted to catch one and it happened so easily in the end. It was so pretty with amazing eyes that we felt bad keeping it...but we still did. We made the mistake of being too caught up looking at our squid catch and didn’t get the line back in, so it was the only thing we caught for the night.
