Barden's Great Aussie Adventure 2015
We are driving onto Albany today and stopping to sight see at Denmark along the way. First, we went to Elephant Cove and I really loved this spot.
Then we went around the corner to Greens Pool which is once again beautiful and was surprisingly busy (compared to having most beaches to our selves most of the time lately). We relaxed a while as the kids had a play with their cars.
A short drive up the road was Waterfall Beach...yes it is named so as it does have its own waterfall.
We decided to have a look at Mad Fish Beach on the way out and I am so glad we did as it is a favourite spot now. The photos don’t do this place justice. We were there at the right time of day to catch the incoming tide entering from two directions and we could walk across the sandbar in the middle to a snake and bird breeding island.
We made our way to Albany where we are staying in a caravan park and have got a massive grassed campsite great for the boys to play.
