Sadly we said goodbye to Dusk, Peter, Jackson, and Liam today, but not before another great few days.
We had another jam packed day with them on Tuesday, playing cricket on the beach in Noosa, relaxing by the pool while the kids had a swim then having another fish in Noosa river. The fishing was better this time with Marty even catching a few small whiting. It wad even without incident with the kids this time, it was just cut short by the rain were we all had to pack up quickly and run back to the cars. We all then freshened up and headed out for an awesome meal at 'Graziers Steakhouse' in Noosaville. The steaks were delicious and the kids had a ball in the play room. Just unfortunate about our thong predicament with both Boo and mine breaking within 5 minutes on arrival!!! Couldn't believe it, bloody harvana's! Got replacement thongs thanks to Peter and Jackson. After the meal we headed back to the 'Gronow' palace, tucked the kids in and sat down to play some cards. Peter and Dusk taught Marty and l how to play pseudo 500 and was funny as Marty and l came a draw winning to Peter's disgust. Was a night full of laughs and heckling one another, at one stage there were tears we laughed so much!!!
The next morning we had beautiful pancakes together then headed out to Eumundi Markets. We spent a few hours there browsing with a few bargains purchased. Was Marty and my first time and is definately a must do if up on the sunny coast. After lunch we said our goodbyes, without tears this time.
We got back to Buddina to spend an awesome arvo with Boof. We had a swim in the pool for a few hours then had tea. After tea we headed out to play some ten pin bowling. It was our first time as a family playing together and was a great way to finish our time in Buddina with Boof. Meg looked like she was going to topple over wjen carrying the ball up to bowl. Boo did well, not even touching the bumper bars at the end. The girls both bet me while Boof just creeped Marty to win.
Tomorrow we pick the caravan up and head off to hervey bay, can't wait, have missed the van!!!
Thanks to Boof and Nikki for letting us stay at there apartment and for making some terrific memories with us....
