I went for a lovely walk around lake...got very lost and 1 hour walk turned into two! Discovered Fred did not bring his pills for cholesterol so went to chemist who referred us to medical centres....got a prescription and guess what...they don't have these pills in New Zealand....so wIt another day for it to be delivered... So after a lovely coffee at water front we took a drive through the mountains to Arrowtown...a cute little mining town....Main Street with all old buildings restored...lots of stone fences like Ireland...had lunch there....enjoyed it thoroughly....drive was amazing...hair pin turns 10 km of the 60 km....very challenging...unreal views!
