Up early and off to Adelaide. Only one hour drive. Could not book in yet so left car at hotel and took tram to Glenelg which is a lovely seaside top tourist spot for the Adelaide crowd. We played golf today at our resort. Was lots of fun. I did 18 and Fred did 9. Then quiet afternoon and evening. Got all my wash done and reorganised packing.

I got up and took the walking track 4 times. Found lots of neat things. Swimming pool, chess outdoor set, archery field, tree hopping venue and of course the golf club. We ordered a trike motorbike to pick us up at 11 so enjoyed a coffee in sun till then. Was a thrilling ride. He loved speed and I hated the corners. My knuckles were white. Arrived safe and sound at Novotel Barossa valley about 3 today. No driving for 2 days. Yeah!!!! Not much to see other than vineyards sheep and cattle all in huge numbers. Very very flat here. Most exciting was crossing Murray river bridge at a town called Murray bridge. First bridge built across Murray So now we have seen 3 of the largest towns in SA. So many tiny towns with no shop other than a bakery. Fred was in his element!
