Helloo!!!! I'm back in the states!!! Yesterday (8am Italy time, 1am Alabama time) I headed to the airport for my travels home - and I arrived back at my apartment at 11:30pm Tuscaloosa time, 5:30am Italy - basically I was traveling all day, and up for 24 hours. I couldn't sleep on the plane because of, difficult people beside/around me, you could say, haha. But I went straight to bed and woke up at 7am today, and I feel pretty good! So, now I'm just unpacking and doing laundry and trying to catch up on returning phone calls and such :) I'm sure I'll miss Italy within the next few days - especially when I go back to work Thurs - but I'm so glad to be home! The AC feels amazing, and I really just appreciate America so much! Mom, Dad and Moriah picked me up from the airport, and it was sooo great to hug and see them! Mom took picture... I tried to stop her, as I had been up for 24+ hours, but it was useless, haha, so I'm sure if anyone wants to see what kind of state I was in after travling, you can get awful pics from mom haha. While I was waiting for my last flight from Philly to Bham (I had a 5 hour layover) I ate the biggest Philly cheese steak - and by ate I mean "inhaled". It was delish! And then I had two strawberry donuts from dunkin donuts, and then a little later I had a roastbeef sandwhich and jalapeno chips...and lots of diet coke and sweet tea...haha. It was good to eat american food :). This morning before I started unpacking I ran to Rama Jama's and got some eggs/bacon/hashbrowns which I have dearly missed, and dad and mom made me a plate of smoked beef brisket and veggies and lima beans, which I will eat in a bit. Then tonight I'm going to eat dinner with them - they're making steak and potatoes! HAha, so, needless to say I have missed food here, and I'm basically revolving my plans for the next 24 hours around food. Oh well :)

I want to thank everyone who prayed for me while I was traveling - and even before when this entire trip was just a dream of mine. I really felt each prayer - there were many times I was in situations where I know God protected me, and I am truly blessed to have such great family and friends who have been there for me.

I hope you all have enjoyed keeping up with my blog - I certainly enjoyed sharing everything with yall. I have so many great memories and so many great experiences, and I met so many wonderful new friends! I cant wait to see everyone and share all the pictures and stories that I didn't include on here (there are just so many!).

Hopefully I will have the oppurtunity to go abroad again - there is so much I wanted to see and didnt have time for, and I'd love to go with any/all of yall! And when I do, you know I'll let you all know - I'd like to keep this blog as an ongoing site :) But for now I'm happy at home :)

PS I'll be posting pics in the Misc. photo album, that I'm getting from friends, etc, that I want to share as well :) and I uploaded pics from weekened in Capri too.
