We had a lovely last day on Koh Tao. We started with a walk around the island to double check our travel for the next day and then sat on the beach drinking cider until it got too hot! We finished the day with a Thai massage, which was amazing, and dinner at a restaurant we went to a few times while on Koh Tao.
The next day we were up and at the pier to get the boat far too early! But we waited around and finally got on the bat which took about an hour and a half. There was a bit of a wait for the bus and then an 8 hour bus journey to get to Bangkok. I read the whole journey so once the buzz of being back on Koh San road had worn off I was pretty tired! Before bed we sorted out travel to Cambodia and had some food and drinks.
Today we had a lie in and a bit of a wander before spending the afternoon at the pool. We met a few people here from England, mainly Bristol, who were leaving tomorrow. Was nice to have a chat and get to know some new people even if they aren't around for much longer! We had a fairly quiet evening ready for our travel tomorrow, so next time I write we will be in Cambodia!
