So let me explain, Patrons in polo are rich people who want to set up a good polo team so they pay professional players about £1700 a week to play on their team!!! They have soooooo much money that they pay each player to bring their horses out! Some of Owens horses have been flown to England at $15,000 each, that's about £9000!!! So you can imagine how much the ponies are worth!!!
