Went to the patrons yard today, he's the lawyer of a 6 billion £ mining company and all I can say is, it looked like the queens yard!!!

Just finished watching 'Rabbit Proof Fence', a true story about the stolen generations of aboriginal people who were took from their families as a form of racial cleansing!!! This form of torture went on until 1970! Absolutely gut wrenching and difficult to comprehend that the apology came from Kevin Rudd, president, only 11 years ago!

Unfortunately whilst this was going on, their parents were imprisoned for crimes created to simply hold them captive and the lucky ones were forced to work for the White man!!! Many people were imprisoned on rottenness island near Perth and about 1/3 of prisoners died from white diseases such as measles and flu! Ironically, rottenness is now a holiday island!!!

Julies sister and her two kids have come to stay for the weekend as they have just moved back from new Zealand as it's too cold, they have ice on ice on ice, glad I Neva put that's place on my itinery.
