Had a lie in today because it's Saturday, got up at 6.30!!! Had breakfast then fed, Hayed and I put the polo bridles together and cleaned the tack! Double nosebands, double bits, double reigns, double girths, basically 6 bridles x 2 n they may aswell have double bloody horses!

Fingers crossed we get them all on the new truck ok then were off to the game! Owens umpiring on the 4 year olds so will be interesting to see how they handle it.

Well bandaging and tacking up was an experience but once I'm shown once, I'm sorted, jus a bit different! Jus a lil c grade game for the start of the season and the 4 year olds behaved Impeccably! After we'd untacked n sorted the horses we all had a BBQ wiv copious amounts of free wine! Met some great people and Julie told me I'm the best groom they've had so hoping my jobs here til I wanna leave!
