Extremely early start, up at 6 to board my top deck 3 day safari to head from Sydney to Melbourne along the 1350km road trip with 'squatter' our driver! Jervis bay, a wonderful, cute holiday town with copious amounts of white sandy beaches!!! Angie took me to sydney fish market where i had the most beautiful Gem fish! She was more adventurous than me and has sashimi and caviar! We has to keep a close watch on our food as we sat by the harbour as the thieving birds were eyeing up our dinner closely!
