Today we took the London sightseeing bus to St Paul's Cathedral. Thought it a beautiful place. Downstairs we saw the crypt with many famous tombs such as Admiral Nelson's. We then took the bus to the Tower Bridge which we walked across and learned how it operated.We also had a quick look at the replica Shakespeare Theatre along the river before crossing the Millennium Bridge. The view towards St Paul's in the dusk twilight was magnificent.

We walked to Hamley's Toy Store on Oxford Street but as it didn't open until 10am we stopped in at Macca's for breakfast first. Harley's was amazing, particularly with Christmas around the corner. After that we went shopping for boots as Chelsea's feet were frozen and also spent a bit of time looking for Jessop's camera store so I could by a spare battery for the camera.

Our tour guide, Carol met us at Citadines and drove us to Lacock, a beautiful 13th - 14th century village. It was extremely cold and misty which gave a great atmosphere to the place. The aim of the tour was to see many of the locations which had been used in the filming of the Harry Potter movies. Today we walked down The Mall to visit Buckingham Palace. It was absolutely beautiful although it seemed a little smaller than expected. We also walked past Westminster Abbey and Big Ben and later visited Harrods at Knightsbridge. We ate at McDonalds for lunch and had dinner at Garfunkel's on Northumberland Avenue where we had a great view of Trafalgar Square.

We arrived at Heathrow around 6:45 local time and there was a huge line to get through customs.  We were very excited to see snow on the cars and through the windows at the airport.  We had arranged to be picked up by a valet driver who drove us to our hotel but he wasn't too talkative.  After we checked in to Citadines Trafalgar Square, we had a walk around the local area and ate at Little Frankies on Whitehall Street.  Trafalgar Square was beautiful wi...
