Just want to give a shout out to my feet - who/(what?) really are amazing! These feet are like that special car that never left you stranded. Thank you feet.

The first two hours today were grueling. Even getting out of town was uphill. My calves, glutes and shoulders were screaming, and I wondered if I could really do this. But, after about 2 hours I settled in and felt pretty good the rest of my day. I arrived in Los Arcos around 2:20. I got a bit of a late start this morning and it took 6.5 hours to walk 13.4 miles. Surely no record but better than the previous two days. And, I feel great! Nothing hurts too badly....
