This morning we left the Bedrock Caravan Park at Mount Surprise and we also left our friends Chook, Nat and the kids as they decided to go to Charters Towers and we headed the opposite direction for Normanton. Yesterday we met up with our friends Chook, Nat and the kids at Innot Hot Springs and then we headed in convoy to Mount Surprise. Yesterday we left Rocky Creek Memorial Park near Tolga and travelled further south through Atherton and onto the Savannah Way to Ravenshoe. Yesterday we travelled south west from The Daintree up the range to Atherton Tablelands. We had some very long and steep up hill sections but the Zuki performed very well apart from producing our worst fuel consumption so far of 18lt/100km but that was to be expected!
