Off yet again at the crack of dawn to a place called River Valley but on the way we we had a chance to do some swimming and jumping off a waterfall. It was absolutley freezing but awesome for the hangover!

When we finally arrrived into River Valley it was pretty surreal! Basically a lodge at the bottom of a ravine with a river running through we could swim through the river and over the rapids! Good fun even if it was freezing! The lodge was a little strange, strange as in I think it could have been a swingers resort in the 70's! It is home to the infamous 'spooning room' which basically consists a massive bunk bed which could sleep about 20 people on each layer! We opted for the cheaper and more quiet 6 person dorm. Little did we know that we would be sharing with 4 irish women who would do nothing but moan! Any oh how messy they were...haha you know who you were!

We had opted for the food that was supplied at the lodge which was a roast with all the trimmings! It was pretty amazing food but nothing on anything that we could have had at home! The following day was time for the extreme sports to start!

First up it was the flying fox. A 1km zip wire that could hold 2 people and fling you down it at 100mph! The longest and fastest flying fox in the world! So much fun! But the fun didn't stop there, next on the agenda was the canyon swing! An 80m vertical drop into a swing with nothing but a harness to hold you! I can't even believe I opted to do this. Its been rumoured that I screamed like a school girl but I have seen the video footage and I cannot hear anything!
