What a beautiful day and certainly the most beautiful run yet. What a difference a day makes. Yesterday was the hardest and the wettest - today the sun shone, the hills were kind and the mountains and Lochs breathtaking. We took our time so we could drink it all in - we even stopped to take photos along the way. Loch Lochy was stunning, but the sweep down and round from the Commando Memorial, under a range of snow covered mountains was breathtaking. Although we ran long yesterday we didn't want today to stop, so yet again we ran the extra miles to the campsite. Perhaps we will use the miles tomorrow as we climb up to Glencoe. The forecast is good again, if it's the same as today this will begin to feel like a holiday.
Greg played his Wobble on the Joggle card today so we are - as I type - sitting in a hotel restaurant awaiting plates of steak and chips - this is the life! How can two days be so different. Wonder what tomorrow will bring?
