Tarragona is a lovely city with a long history from the Cartheginians, Romans, Goths, Moors, British and French. We spent the morning visiting the Roman amphitheater, museums and the old city and cathedral. The Roman emperors Hadrian, Augustus and Lucius all said it was their favourite place and it is easy to see why.
After lunch we had an enjoyable sail in good conditions to Calfell about 15 miles north.
