Feeling great from our early night we headed into breakfast very early. Today was about doing very little after the excursions of the past couple of days. We spent sometime by our pool playing uno, before going to the beach below barefoot bar, and I popped into the sea every once and a while. Lunch was taken in the snack restaurant with some drinks after in that bar area. Our next movement phase took us to the adult pool where it was pretty hot. Dips in the pool helped cool us off. Becky briefly chatted to a couple from Northumberland. (actually though!? Blyth, suppose it is technically true)
It was that time of the day to return to our pool to chill.
We got ready for dinner but most importantly went to our reception to meet the jeweller. He had the ring, and brought a Greek Cognac for me and a Greek liqueur for Becky.
With the ring in my possession we headed off to the beach for sunset. You have all seen what happened next!
This was followed by dinner on the veranda of the main restaurant, & a drink in the main bar. We then returned for some celebratory drinks in our bar. By this stage we had made good friends with the bar tender Dimitri who congratulated us.
All in all a pretty amazing day!
