Another day another solo bumper breakfast for me. This time bless her just as I left Becky was walking to join me for a coffee. One day we shall have breakfast together again.
We decided to start the day off in the sun loungers that catch the morning sun at our pool which allowed me to tan my back watching the final episode of GOT. After this with the sun shining nicely we popped to the barefoot bar for drinks by the sea, & turned left out the hotel for a beach walk. This provided some much needed exercise and a change of scene. Upon our return we took lunch in the terrace, and drank lots of water. This was the last we were to see of the sun today as by the time we went to the snack bar for drinks, it had clouded over. With little to do but tour the hotel we went to the bar at the adult pool and I got soundly defeated at uno. This continued at the bar by our pool. With the sun definitely not making a return we had a bath and got ready for dinner around 17:00.
Before going into the terrace I tried a Mojito at the barefoot bar. Not the peaceful place it usually is as they were erecting a fence by the kids pool.
Greek night at the main restaurant was great. As ever Becky’s eyes were too big for her belly and left quite a lot of her food. I had a starter, then some rice and fish. The best fish I had since arriving here. FOMO kicked in and I grabbed a plate of meat as well.
After dinner with a beer we went to play in the games area but our Euro coins proved not to be authentic as they did not activate the basketball game.
With little left to do we came back home and aimed at an early night to allow an early start in the morning.
We watched Friday night dinner for a while. I was unable to go to sleep when Becky did however as I was uncomfortably full from dinner. In the end I watched two episodes of Star Trek before finally getting to bed at 23:30
