Got up early for our 4hrs walk to Shadow Lake and round. Unfortunately, the scenery was a bit disappointing, i felt like a right outback girl, tackling my way through the bush. Anna mate you would have hated it! Lots of trees, trees and more trees. Loads of wildlife too, you'll be pleased to know. I even came face to face with a snake, it was pretty scary believe me. Shadow Lake was nice but, unfortunately for us that part of the walk lasted, maybe be, what, a staggering 10mins. When we returned, we wandered down to Lake St Clair which was gorgeous. New Norfolk was to be our stop for the night. On the way there we visited Russell Falls, which was lovely. Spent the night wrapped up, trying to stay warm. Thank Mam for sending out my fleece, i don't know what i would have done without it. Well, only one day left to enjoy Tasmania. Its been great, a lovely place with really friendly people, wish we could have stayed for longer. Driving back to Hobart tomorrow.
