Well hello again, long time no speak!

Today we thought we would hire a car and visit the famous Squeaky Beach but, i guess it was never meant to happen. We set off first thing, well 10am which is good for us, and headed down the Princes Highway. By the time we hit Dangdenong we were well and truely lost as well as Anna feeling, very sick. Oh nevermind we thought, why don't we visit the Dandenong Ranges first (lush countryside and mountains), it can't be that far away. Boy were we wrong! About an hour later we found them. Anyway to cut a long story short we took a few photos and had a wander about, as you do, they reminded us of the lake district, very pretty! Our next stop was to be Wilson's Prom, we thought it would take us, what and hour or maybe two at the most to get there. Try four hours later! Yes we arrived in the pitch black and the pouring down, and i mean pouring down rain. Well as you can imagine we were unimpressed with the scenery, though that could be down to the fact that we couldn't see a dam thing. On our way home we stopped off at Mcdonalds and what should be situated on the wall right next to us but, a beautiful coastal view photograph, of yes you've guessed it, Wilson's Prom. Well i have to say despite not seeing much at all, we did have a good laugh and next week at least we will be able to find the place no bother, fingers crossed.
