After we were given a replacement car, yet another Magna, we drove to St Columbas Falls. There we did a short walk to the waterfall and then unknown to us ended up on a 4 wheel drive dirt track for 40kms. I really don't know how that car made it, i was skidding all over the shop but somehow our hunk of junk survived. After stopping at various place on the way, we eventually reached Launceston, where we went to the picturesque, Cataract Gorge. For some reason i was made to walk over the suspension bridge 4 times whilst trying to get our bearings. Believe me i wasn't happy, especially when someone, naming no names, decided to rock it on purpose. From here we went to Deloraine for the night, where we met a lovely lady who was originally from Hartlepool. She put us up for the night in her hostel and luckily for us, there was also a load of hunky lads from Queensland staying there. However, after a few drinks we discovered they were the under 20 rowing squad, how depressing! I think its about time i start to lie about my age.
