We set off early today, 3rd time lucky for our trip to Wilsons Prom. After a long drive, we arrived about 12.30 and man was it worth it. Our first walk began at Tidal River where we very thought we would be a bit adventurous and climb Mount Oberon. Yes how keen are we, a leisurely strole up a mountain on a Sunday afternoon, as you do! Well we made it, gasping for air as we reached the top, and the view was amazing. We chilled out up there for a while before heading back down to find the famous Squeaky Beach. Now if you had been with me, you would be sick to death by now, of me going on about this place. Famous because of its pure white sand and the noise it make when you walk on it. Anyway although the beach was lovely, i have to say i have seen better, and guess what the sand wasn't even that squeaky. Nevermind, i'm so pleased i found it in the end.We stayed on the beach to whatch the sunset, which was lush, before heading back through the forest to our car and guess who forgot their torches. A great day was had by all, an Easter Sunday i wont forget.
