We are now in holiday mode!! After hanging up the boots in Santiago, we've decided it's time to do some sightseeing. Yesterday we hopped on the train to Vigo to spend the day and night looking around. It's an interesting place, a port town, so we found it a teeny bit seedy. Gabe and I seemed to accidentally wander down the 'gray street' of the city (red light district shall we say). The city has potential, it's just not quite there yet.

Today we are in Ponteverda. It's a beautiful little city with an amazing old town. There are lots of winding cobbled streets filled to the brim with tapas bars. We hope to check some out tonight. Our hotel is very reasonably priced for it's location, we are right on the thick of it! We've just taken a little lunch and Internet break so it's time to head back out on the town... :)
