We found this in a shopping alley opposite Bondi Junction, with smells of tasty Chinese food wafting past. It looks a bit like a chain, but it's raining (shocker!) so we don't want to wander too far on our way to Bondi Markets. Points for a general store doing decent coffee. It's a good temp, although we're not so sure about the flavour (blame the beans). Not a strong one - this coffee pats you on the shoulder rather than giving you a hug or a caffeine smack. We found a cat while we were drinking it, which was a highlight!AB

A takeaway cup although we'd ordered to have in. Keen service from the barista. Chilled water on the table instantly. Foxy really didn't like this one - it was very strong, but a good temperature and quite well rounded. Not as good as our earlier delicatessen coffee today, despite the promising arty set up. Leaving our Penrith bnb at 9.30 we drove to have coffee in Parramatta. See blog for details, but it wasn't worth it. Especially so as due to heavy traffic, we suddenly didn't have much time to return the car to Europcar. With Alice leading the navigation like an absolute hero, we drove to Bondi Junction in order to drop off our bags at the second last bnb of the trip.
