On Katoomba's "cafe street". Unpromising from the outside but a sweet atmosphere inside. Lots of art on the walls and books to read. Although they weren't terribly welcoming, and did forget our order...

The coffee itself to was too hot to begin with, had a brief drinkable period in the middle, but by the end tasted terrible, with an oddly cloying mouthfeel.
