We've walked past this a couple of times on our way down the hill to Coogee Beach. Their logo also features a fox! Although the fox has got a goose by the neck... The coffee is too hot initially, with almost non-existent latte art (not that that really matters) and overall a not spectacular taste. Honestly, Melbourne has ruined us for coffee. AB

As we conclude our time in Coogee (and Oz, sob!), we decide to try and go out with a coffee bang. So, we trek 30 minutes in the sun to this little place up from Coogee beach. It's food has been superbly recommended... But will the coffee be up to the mark??A fun aside note is the name of the cafe. It's by a bus stop for the 374. Still with this infernal song in my skull, we awake to a rain soaked Sydney. Boo. We travel to Bondi Street markets, via coffee in Bondi Junction. Last time we came here, during the Christmas hols, we were quoted a 30 minute wait for 2 takeaway flat whites(!), and we went elsewhere. We hoped for a rather shorter wait today but due to a communication error, it still took a while... It cup felt too hot, but it was actually drinkable temperature. Full bodied, creamy, a strong and flavoursome roast. This could have been a top scorer, just a pity that the service let it down. Machine: WegaAB

We pack up and get the bus (after struggling with our bags to the bus stop in the melting heat) to our last Airbnb for Australia. Sob! We're returning to Amelia's place, where we stayed over New Year. We've trusted each other and gone outside Airbnb this time, saving us both some fees, so it's a bargain from our point of view. Plus, Amelia has probably the cutest cat in Australia, Tess, with the second cutest cat, Tux, living just next door. After...
