As each moment passed, it tasted more of cardboard. (??)It's dark. So dark. Like the night... After a bush fire. Plenty of carbon in this one. In short, it's fairly disgusting. Water is an absolute necessity. Like the Circular Quay coffee... This one again reminds me of...

Waiting for our Jetstar flight at SYD airport, we spot an own branded Toby's Estate coffee outlet. We spotted Toby's Estate coffee beans at numerous coffee houses (and to be honest have often been nonplussed about them),so we're keen to experience what it's like "in house". Served too hot, it was a dark roast, which comprised of quite a monotone (barely there) flavour. Very disappointing. Would have been good for a budget outlet (ie 7 Eleven), but...

...so disappointed from the Toby's Estate effort, we try a flat white from a posh looking place further down the concourse in the airport. It's made with lots of skill. The milk is correct, it is a good temperature, but the coffee beans don't cut through. Too milky. Too bland. It like drinking warm milk. Oh dear. AF
