A strong coffee flavour and slightly on the bitter side. Chilled tap water. The reviewers disagreed slightly; Foxy disliked the flavour and strength, while I enjoyed the strength but not so keen on the aftertaste.I would argue that this is a good coffee for a patisserie - paired with a creamy cake or macaron, this would be absolutely perfect.
