We left El Questro and had a short drive to the iconic Pentecost River where we joined heaps of other travellers crossing and re-crossing the river to take photos and videos of themselves! Then on to Home Valley Station. The welcoming gates were the most beautiful I've ever seen and really set the tone for the next couple of days. The station itself was lovely with a beautifully decorated open-air bar and restaurant. We camped down on the river which was a 4 km drive away from the main station area and were treated to the most glorious view of the Pentecost River and Cockburn Ranges, especially at sunset. We had a great couple of days relaxing and fishing. We also treated ourselves to a divine meal at the restaurant one night.
