We left Silent Grove and had a very scenic drive for about one and half hours through a number of smaller ranges. We came into sight of the Napier Range, an extraordinary sight, which is one of 3 ranges which make up a 300km long ancient (360 million year old) barrier reef. We left Manning Gorge after fuelling up and filling up with water too. Another hours drive bought us to Silent Grove campground where we set up and had lunch. After that we drove another 10kms to Bell Gorge. It was a relatively short and easy walk into the gorge, this time coming in to top of the Falls. A very short drive had us pulling in to Mt Barnett Roadhouse for fuel and water and to book in for the Manning gorge campground. After setting up we went for a short drive down the road to do a short walk into Galvans Gorge.
