Eds pork asado. Went back to same little place. Not as good unfortunately. Dry pork. Oily sauce.

I got chicken asado again too but it didn't have the peppers or potato. I actually think the owner was being kind and just giving me meat. Still tasty.

Both dishes were served cold. They were only slightly warm yesterday. The town has no electricity grid so if you've no money you've no light or heat. Assume it was cooked on gas hobs or clay pots.
