Think this is a starapple. Caimito morado. This fruit has a white version too.

It has a v soft skin easily peeled. Purple flesh that taste rather woody and then a sweet lychee/ rambutan tasting opaque part. The core was a little pear like too with that grainy texture that pears have.
Not sure if you're supposed to eat the purple part or not. Doubt it.
The middle part would be delicious in a cocktail.
