Kita no katsu Sake. :). Perfect lunch time drink :) The sake here is really smooth and soft tasting. Doesn't give you the judder that I got when drinking sake before. It's served in a chilled glass here and is refreshing and light.

Always prepared rice in right hand. Just kept rolling it. All 7 chefs. Then placed the fish on top with left. So fast. They all seemed really happy too. Great buzz. Nemuro Hanamaru JR Tower Stellar place 6th floor Sapporo Japan.
