We were planning eating in tonight and I had pre cooked the sticky rice.

So I made coconut sticky mango rice as dessert. Had loads extra so gave it to the hotel guys. Everyone loves sticky rice.

Turned out better than last two attempts. :) Heading in Right direction :)
