We left Singapore on the 26. Slept in airport 26th. Slept on bus 27th.

It was better than nice.

El nido is a little town on the sea so not surprising fish is great

This is a steamed lapu lapu.

It's the philippines word for grouper.
White meaty fish. Like a cross between a red snapper (flavour wise) and a cod (texture and lack of bones)

So easy to eat. So tasty. Sauce was tomato onions ginger lime.

Think it's my new favourite fish :)
