Left Cairns on Friday to go to Mission Beach. On the way down we drive through the Atherton TAblelands. We stopped and had lunch at Lake Eucham and beautiful big lake where there were turtles swimming around. After a short time here we went to Milla Milla Falls. This waterfall is used in the Peter Andre Mysterious Girls video (if any one can cast their mind back to that) Only had time to take a photo here as we had to drive to Innisfail. HEre we went to a crocodile farm. It was fedding time for several of these huge creatures. There were some massive crocs there. Refused to hold the baby croc or snake!! We then drove towards Mission Beach were we stopped and did a walk through the rainforest. THis area was badly damaged by the cyclone early this year and many many trees have been knocked over.

Made friends with two other girls on the Oz Experience bus (Ellie an Gail) who are staying in Mission Beach til tuesday like me. On Saturday we organised the rest of oour trip down the east coast as we have decided to travel together for the next month until we get to Brisbane. it is nice to be travelling with some people again. On Sunday i did another skydive. this time it was from 14000 feet. i was more scared this time as i knew what to expect and know i was going to be scared at that moment of jumping out the plane. i was last on the plane so had to sit by the door, however there was no door, just a whole. Thought i was going to fall out on the way up. THe views from the plane were fantastic. could see the rainforest, miles of golden sand, Dunk Island and some smaller ones surrounding that and the Great barrier reef. At 14000 feet i was the first one out the plane. i had to sit on my knees and was waiting there for ages and then it was time to freefall. 60 seconds flew by and before i knew it the parachute was opening and the tandem master let me steer the parachute. It wasnt quite the same buzz as the first time but was still amazing. WE landed safely on the beach. LAter i watched the handicam that i got!!! The rest of the time as MB was spent relaxing on the beach before getting on the bus to Townsville/Magnetic Island
