On Saturday and Sunday the weather was hot and sunny. After hearing the weather forecast in the week i had already planned to spend the weekend at the beach. On Thursday i went on a bus tour to the Hunter Valley Wineries. THe Hunter valley area is about 2hrs north of Sydney and is the big wine making area in New South Wales. Sat 3rd March - Tonight was the Mardi Gras Festival Parade and is one of the biggest in the world. I got to Oxford street a hour before the start of the parade and there were already loads of people there.
