My last week in Cork has finally come to a close. This past week I have spent as much time as possible in Cork City. We also went to Fota Wildlife Park in Fota on the train. We took the train to Cobh by the shore, and stopped at Fota on the way back to Cork. I got to go to my favorite places one last time and browse through my favorite shops. I will really miss being able to walk everywhere in Cork and having the City Centre so close by. We probably spent the most time in the English Market the past week, with all the fresh goodies. I will definitely miss being able to run through and grab a snack or get some fresh food. I have been packing little by little each day this week and am almost fully packed for our flight on Saturday. A bus is picking us up at Farranlea at 6:30am Saturday morning to take us to Shannon Airport. I will really miss my independence out here and this different way of life I have become accustomed to. I also took my last walk through the UCC Campus which I will really miss seeing. I'm really lucky to have had such a pretty campus to come to, as well as a beautiful campus back home. This has truly been the experience of a lifetime and I could not be happier having made the decision to spend the semester here. I am very excited to be back at home but will really miss the little things here in Ireland, as well as the spontaneous weekend trips around Europe.
