We arrived here at Kuressaare the capital of the island of Saaremaa Estonia the day before the start of this years Baltic section,cruising Association rally.
We only sailed eight nautical miles to arrive here, since we've been here we have had two lovely sunny days but no warmth to the Sun.
On our last day we had an interesting tour of the castle and a great group meal in the local restaurant. Unfortunately the weather has now gone bad with cold winds and rain. This area has benefited over many years from a stable summer caused by a high-pressure system sitting over Russia and giving a few months of great weather but apparently not this year!!! Tomorrow we sail to the next island Muhu approximately 50 nautical miles to the north.
