Today we spent a lot of the day trying to finish the organising we had started. So we have managed to book the whole of February in Thailand so far including an open water PADI diving course in Koh Tao and accommodation as well as a place to stay over the full moon party in Koh Phagnan. We have also just about organised what we are going to do with the rest of the time we have in India too. We have booked an extra night here with Anoob, then three nights in Munnar, in land a little and lots to visit, then a night in a farmhouse next to the water then the next in a small Eco friendly houseboat. Then moving onto Alleppey for a night or two and a night on a houseboat there too and then moving down to Varkala for a couple of weeks on the beach, then the rest we have had planned for a while. It felt like we organised a lot today and once it's organised it looks really exciting!! We had a little of the afternoon left so went out for a walk along next to the beach and sat for a little while. On coming back we got changed and went to an Italian place for some tea. When we came back to Anoob's place he met us at the door and asked if we wanted a drink with him and his friends. We thought why not! He has a house next door to the homestay which he has been doing up in order for him to move into and everyone was sat outside there. We joined them and had a few drinks of neat brandy, not our usual tipple but we went along with it. It was nice to see Indians relaxing and being 'normal' around you. All too often they are trying to serve you and saying things they think you want to hear. Anoob is great to talk to, a couple if other guests joined us. They were a mother and daughter from Switzerland they had quite a few tales of travelling they had done. We sat for a while out there talking until we were ready for bed.
