We sent off a few more emails about plans which we have for Thailand and organised some bits and bobs before going out for a walk this afternoon. We went down by the Chinese fishing nets and found a guy who had tables and chairs on the front and cold drinks so we sat there with a nice cold drink. We seemed to be sat there for ages, both of us mesmerized by how the fishing nets actually work. They take very few people to operate but like everywhere in India there are so many people 'helping'. The catches were quite small but they were getting some everytime. We moved on and walked quite a lot of the area. For our tea tonight we found a place that actually sold naan bread. Naan bread is a North Indian bread so you don't really find them here in south India. It was nice to find them for a change, seen as we both love them. A little later after tea we found a coffee shop which sold ice cream so we sat in there for a while before heading back.
