Checked out of our Limerick B&B and drove to Killarney for our trip around the Ring of Kerry. Drove around in an anti-clockwise direction by mistake through the mountains and taking in the ocean scenery. Stopped in Cahirciveen for lunch at a small cafe before continuing on stopping at various scenic locations for some photos and video which included the scenic town of Waterville.

Continued on through Sneem, then Kenmare on our way back to Killarney. Lots of sheep in this section and some near misses as they ran across the road in front of our car and others as they drove by. Drove through Killarney and on to Mallow on our way down to Cork.

We arrived at our hotel, Commons Inn, which was just outside the city of Cork, at 5pm. Checked in and rested after 8 hours on the road before heading down to the hotel restaurant for dinner. Prices were extremely high so we decided on a bar meal...just as good and a lot cheaper! After dinner we went down to our hotel room and rested in front of the TV.
